  • Not to generate fake leads, automated traffic, or incentivized traffic unless explicitly approved
  • To comply with all advertising laws including FTC, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Not to bid on restricted keywords or brand names unless permitted

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Reversal of leads or commissions
  • Permanent ban from the platform

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

If you are an advertiser:

  • You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your offers
  • You must honor payouts for valid leads/calls
  • You agree to provide clear campaign guidelines and compliance requirements

We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign at our discretion.

6. Payment Terms

For Affiliates:

  • Payments are made based on approved leads/calls
  • Payment cycles (Net-7, Net-15, Net-30) will be defined in your agreement
  • We reserve the right to hold or reverse payments in case of fraud or low-quality traffic

For Advertisers:

  • Prepayment or credit terms may be required
  • Late payments may result in suspension of campaigns

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate leads
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform

  • Branding
  • Text
  • Software
